Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
Draxylonjroz Publishing Inc. complies with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and regulations when sending commercial electronic messages (CEMs) to electronic addresses, where those rules apply.
Consent
We only send CEMs—messages that encourage participation in a commercial activity—with express consent (clear opt-in) or implied consent where CASL strictly permits it, such as certain existing business relationships. A request you initiate through our contact form to answer a specific question is not automatically consent to receive ongoing marketing unless you separately agree.
Message content
Every CEM we send includes: our business name, a mailing address or other valid Canadian contact information, and either an unsubscribe link or clear instructions that remain valid for at least sixty days.
Unsubscribe
You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in a CEM or by writing to feedback@draxylonjroz.world with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. We process requests promptly, within statutory timelines, unless an exemption applies.
Relationship to cookies
Cookie and tracking choices are managed separately through our Cookie Policy and banner. Cookie consent does not replace CASL consent for promotional email.
